1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between ET “MAGNOLIA – MAGDALINA POPOVA”, UIC 201219839, hereinafter referred to as the “Merchant”, and consumers using the MYTH UNTOLD online store available at mythuntold.com.

The Merchant offers clothing and related textile products through the online store.

3. PRODUCTS

The main characteristics of each product are provided on the relevant product page.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. MYTH UNTOLD makes reasonable efforts to display product colours and appearance as accurately as possible, but differences may occur depending on the settings of the customer's display device.

4. PRICES

All prices displayed in the online store are in EUR, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Before completing an order, the customer is provided with information about the total order price and applicable delivery costs.

5. ORDERS

The customer may place an order through the functionality of the online store.

Before finally submitting an order, the customer has the opportunity to review the entered information, selected products and total order value.

By submitting an order, the customer confirms their intention to purchase the selected products and agrees to pay the amount due.

After receiving the order, the Merchant sends a confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.

6. PAYMENT

Payment is made using the payment methods available and indicated in the online store.

MYTH UNTOLD may use external payment providers to process payments. When payment is made through such a provider, its terms and policies also apply where relevant.

7. DELIVERY

Delivery terms, estimated times and costs are set out in the Shipping Policy and during the checkout process.

The customer must provide accurate and complete delivery information.

8. WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Consumers have the right to withdraw from distance contracts in accordance with applicable law.

Detailed information about exercising this right, applicable periods and refunds is provided in the Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits the statutory rights of consumers.

9. LEGAL GUARANTEE AND NON-CONFORMITY

The Merchant is responsible for the conformity of goods in accordance with applicable law.

Consumers have statutory remedies in cases of defective or non-conforming goods, including applicable rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract.

For new goods, consumers in the EU have a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with applicable rules.

10. LIABILITY

MYTH UNTOLD is not liable for delays or inability to perform obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond the Merchant's reasonable control, including delays by courier or payment service providers.

This does not limit the statutory rights of consumers.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All texts, images, graphics, logos, trade names, designs and other materials published in the MYTH UNTOLD online store are protected by applicable law and may not be used, copied or distributed without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

12. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Merchant will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.

Consumers retain all rights to use the remedies provided by law, including out-of-court or judicial dispute resolution.

13. APPLICABLE LAW

The relationship between the Merchant and consumers is governed by applicable Bulgarian and European law.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits rights granted to consumers by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
