Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed.

The usual time required to prepare an order for dispatch is 1–3 business days.

After the order has been dispatched, the customer receives information regarding the delivery.

2. DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time depends on the selected delivery method and the recipient's address and will be indicated before the order is completed, where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of MYTH UNTOLD, including delays caused by the courier company and public holidays.

3. SHIPPING COST

The shipping cost is calculated and displayed before the order is completed.

4. DELIVERY ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

MYTH UNTOLD is not responsible for delayed or unsuccessful delivery where the cause is incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
